I could see this at ms64. Looks like a round O and possibly an e-clash! Nice.

not a fan of the staining. dont think it affects grade but does affect eye appeal for value. maybe residual from a light dip or improper storage. in any case I agree with MS64

Wish I could find 63's that clean. That's why we have to buy the coin and not the holder.
