It is clearly trying to be an "owl" tetradrachm of Athens, but it does not appear to be made of silver, as genuine owls would be. I'd suspect some kind of tourist replica.

It can be silver in a faulty photo. Bad color correction.

I never trust from photos only in ancient coins in bad shape, or with dirt that makes them look like they were not yet cleaned. Good ways to evidence of forgery. But some are genuine.

If there is a coin store in your area maybe they would have an XRF metal tester to see if it's silver. Or maybe there is an ancient coin collector in your area you can get their opinion. It's likely below normal weight, small flan, test cuts, very worn. You could check online auction sites for sold prices like Sixbid, biddr, ebay etc. It's difficult to say what it's worth because of it's poor condition and they vary a lot in condition and style. You could check dealer asking prices on Vcoins.com for the small worn examples. In ancient eastern Mediterranian they made copies of Athens tetradrachms, crude examples.
