I am currently searching some rolls a friend gave me (thanks, Petespockets55), link to that https://goccf.com/t/485522

While searching these coins, I ran across an odd but strong anomaly on the ship. The fact that it does not follow the contours of the design leads me to believe it is neither a doubled die or MD. My only other thoughts are a clash, although nothing else is showing anywhere else or just simple die damage of some sort. Tell me your thoughts on this.

Interesting find, makecents. It might worth sending it in to doubleddie.com to rule out if it's a Doubled Die or not.

Both marks are at different angles and as you state not following the contour of the near-by device element. could be a clash. maybe a rotated clash of 'Liberty'?

A set of die Dents?
