I picked up this raw Morgan recently. Overall, the surfaces are nice with no heavy reed hits or scratches. It has full cartwheel luster. It does have a little dribble of something coming off the arrows. Will probably soak it in acetone and see if it comes off.

Thoughts?

the cheek looks like it has quite a few small ticks. high end MS63 or low end 64
