Doubtful. We avoid Florida in the summer unless it is in the Keys (which we only did one time). Before COVID, we had a good run going to WDW once or twice a year, always between late September and early March. I tried many times to get a WDW trip to line up with Winter FUN but never got it to work.

Being from Memphis, the FL summers, at least here in Orlando, are quite tolerable. I used to fly to the FUN shows, now it's just a 35 minute drive and I love them even more.

I know where to go when I am feeling too hot... or cold! Quote: now it's just a 35 minute drive and I love them even more. Nice! I have some (extended) family in Orlando now, so at least I have a place to stay that is not a Disney resort. Helps with the finances. Like I said, some day. Probably when we become empty nesters.

I was in Memphis over Thanksgiving. Quite a nice city actually. I watched the famous "duck walk". So cute.

There are some really wonderful things about Memphis, and it's worth visiting, but unfortunately crime has been out of control. Back to topic, I am so looking forward to the FUN show, I feel like I haven't been to a big show in a while and I got an itch that needs scratchin'.

FUN show was wild. Wednesday was dealer setup and early bird day. When we walked in the OCCC door, it looked like the 1st day of general admission, there were so many early bird attendees it was unbelievable. Thursday was packed. And people were buying. Every single dealer I talked to said they did very well. I was no exception, sold about 25-30% of my inventory.

I am sure the escalating price of gold and silver played a role. Very curious what the NYINC will be like next weekend.

The vast majority of what I sold was all numismatic and I had some bullion on my table. Quote: Thank you for your report! I am glad you had success. You are very welcome and thank you!
