I believe you have a subtle lamination issue on the reverse. Note the linear trace of the feature from N through C...at a minimum.

Picture #3 looks like another coin was pressed into it.
Picture #2 looks like a small lamination.

I'm leaning towards a lamination issue from the top of the left wheat stalk to the C. I'm not too sure about the area that included the N?
