If anybody could tell me if this is an original minting error on this 1975 D Jefferson error nickel or not some defect after mintage

There is no way for any of that to happen during the striking of the coin.
Just a well damaged nickel. How it was damaged doesn't matter.

Yes, rather vicious post-strike damage, with a dab of staining/dried gunk.
