This is another coin I'm watching with the Ike. I just don't understand the reverse for the double strike.

Its a mis-aligned die with an indent.

I figured the listing was wrong but lack the knowledge to understand just what it was. Thanks! Would that indent be considered damage?

It's a pretty nice error coin. The Partial Indent isn't PMD. It's a mint error. https://www.error-ref.com/indent-partial/
