I can't see any luster in these photos, perhaps an old cleaning? Wear looks to be in the AU level.

The reverse photo is way too small to judge FB status.

I'm going to ask a moderator to move this for you to the US classic coin grading forum, it will get better visibility there.

For the grade, AU sounds right. Not sure on FB though.

Need a clearer picture of the bands but from what I can see by Increasing the size,
the middle band appears to have breaks so not a FB.

Thanks guys, so when covid hit what did the banks do with all the coins, 2019 or 2021 when it hit so assume banks had to of cleaned the coins too ? That explains the old cleaner as for fb I do see the breaks in middle band but also see them in slabbed coins as well so how do they class it as FB on the slab.

your photos make the coin appear to be cleaned with all of its original gone. there appears to be quite a few marks across the neck. I have seen worse bands pass. in any case if this is what the coin actually looks like in hand its going to detail
