I have never found a coin this slick before, I won't be pulling a date off this one.

Size makes it a quarter and you can see remnants of the poll and arm to make it a Seated. All the other Seated coins out of this spot were G to VF.

Makes me wonder if this was actually circulating in this condition.

Did you put the hairlines on the surface by scrubbing, or are those part of the metal? It's so smooth that someone might have been preparing a love token out of it.

No scrub, spritz of H2O out in the field and then under the scope when I got home. It is basically as found...kind of crazy how smooth it is.
