Not sure what your question is.
I assume you mean reverse in your heading.
All I see is a partial coin with zinc rot.

Just seeing a normal circulated cent with zinc rot in that picture. It's PMD. The zinc core got exposed and is now rotting away.

ok let me try for better pics. I'm not here to sell anything. the knowledge is more important.so zinc rot is what? what should I look for to tell the difference

Zinc rot is the decay of the zinc core, first the copper plating bubbles up and them opens to expose the core, then the zinc will start to turn to dust - basically rust.

Here's some good websites with good information to study on. If you want to learn more about actual errors and varieties, you must study the minting process. You need to know how coins are made and how genuine mint errors and varieties happen. Otherwise, you'll find nothing but worthless coins with damage, Machine Doubling and other worthless doubling.

Dearborn explains it very well. Many Lincoln cents from 1982 to present day display this unwanted event.
