Looks like late 1400s akce from the Crimean Khanate.

imo---This is an authentic Ottoman Empire silver coin known as an Akçe.
Ruler: Sultan Bayezid II (1481-1512 AD).
Material: Silver.
Mint: Likely struck in Constantinople (Kostantiniye) or Bursa mints.
Date: Issued around AH 886 (1481 AD).
Script: The inscriptions are in the Arabic scrip

That's definitely a Crimean tamgha in the center... but it looks like it could be a countermark rather than part of the original striking.

I'll check Zeno but I'm not sure if I could find anything.

Khanate of Crimea, Mengli I Giray, akce, Qirq-Yer mint, date illegible (would be 3-6h on first pic; the initial 8 is just visible at 5:30 but I can't see the next digits) but circa 888-895 AH (1483-1490 AD).

Cf. Zeno 176859 and the dozens upon dozens of other similar coins in its category.

Wow, I hadn't realized that this one could be countermarked. Thank You Guys for helping me with this puzzle.
