Really not sure if that is what the writing says. And the obverse is so degraded that it is almost impossible to see anything.

(I did find one of the others on my own, it was a 1747 1/4 Stuber)

Good luck with this one. (and thanks.)

This is a provincial duit of the Netherlands, issued by the province of Gelderland.
On the first image, which is the reverse, you can read: D(ucatus) GEL/RIAE (as the province was formerly a duchy, it still bears the title of duchy), year and 2 branches.
On the second image, the obverse the arms of Gelderland are depicted: 2 lions facing each other. Legends say: IN DEO SP(es) NOS(tra): our hope is in God.

Your coin is in Krause as Netherlands/Gelderland duit KM#88

Very impressed. I can hardly read it, but you've managed to tell the whole story. Thank you very much.

I have one more that I am going to post, something from 1610.
I've been reading some of the other forums, and I know I'll be back here again. Already bookmarked in my coin favorites. Great reading here.

And rather knowledgeable contributors as well.
Thanks again.
