There are a couple plating bubbles a bit lower on the next bar to the right so I'm not sure on this one. By the way, the 2025 cents are piling up for me now.

It is raised on the vertical bar against the horizontal bar. There is a hit above it.

I tried to get a better picture but it has proven difficult. Hopefully, you find this one a bit better and a wider perspective as well.

Still hard to tell. Even though you state it is raised the pictures make it look like a hit with metal movement.

I'm really leaning toward a plating bubble now because of the smoothness. In the wider view, the bar under the I has a small plating bubble near the top of the bar.
