2007 D Washington State Quarter Is The "g" "o" "n" Doubled Die Obverse / DDO Or PMD Error

However, what caught my eye was the letters "G T O N". They looked doubled. Both of the letters G O N are raised. Any information would be helpful. I am trying to learn and hope you can give me some insight. I took these pictures with my phone. Sorry, if they are not so clear. Report this Post to the Staff

What throw me was the letters, GON the top GON is silver and raised. While the second GON is black and raised too. The pictures don't really capture the other letters in Washington. They all have the second letter under them in black and and are raised too but look more layer underneath the top letter which is silver Report this Post to the Staff
