Hi everyone,
I'm hoping to get some insight on a 1939 Walking Liberty half dollar that shows an unusual raised features, mainly on the sun rays.

My questions:
1. Does this look like a die cracks?
2. Could this be late-stage Die Deterioration or something post-mint?
I will upload more photos tomorrow . Thanks for looking.

Please remember to post full coin images of both the obverse and reverse in the future along with any closeups of the areas in question. From what I can see here, it appears to be Die Deterioration Doubling. I'll wait for full coin pictures.
