For 2026, I've decided to work on putting together a set of CC Morgans. Only need 13. For the most part looking for raw circulated examples, but won't rule out slabs for some of the tougher dates. This raw one has subdued cartwheel luster on both sides along with some toning. Oh, and a fingerprint. Thoughts on grade?

I'm thinking high AU, maybe AU-58? There's really not that much circulation wear on it.

Luster is pretty muted. Light wear and no sight of cleaning or other mishandling. I'd come down at AU-53.
Circulated 1882-CC Morgans are much scarcer than uncs. This one would fit nicely in an album.

Thanks for the feedback NS, CoinT, IGE, EV, Jaobler and Marve. I was thinking 53/55.
Marve, based on the terrible seller pics, I'm happy with it. I thought it might be details and picked it up cheap. So the finger print is no biggie to me on this lightly circulated example.
