At first I got excited that it was some sort of Rim to Rim die break, then I thought it might be PMD, then a bad planchet, then perhaps a rim to rim elongated plating bubble which broke open in spots. There are a couple spot, especially PL sw to building cornice, which are raised like a mole tunnel. Hopefully I was able to get pics to capture enough of what's going on.Thoughts? Thank You!
