Do they offer 1 grade down @ Grey Sheet, because its ANACS/ANA soap box? Or, since its a soap box, do they offer like its NGC/PCGS @ Grey Sheet?

Most reputable dealers, particulary long time ones, know what they sell for on average and offer/buy around 25% lower on average. How quickly they move is also a factor. This seems to the case in my area.
