Luster is a bit weak, so AU-55. Nice type coin.

if the coin has this dull gray look in hand then AU details (cleaned)

I would also say AU55 but this coin has an exceptional strike. Most have areas of weakness as the metal is harder than silver and the dies were not hard enough to handle the hardness of the planchets.
