Hello,
I recently picked a 1909 S/S/S Philippine Peso from ebay. This makes the 8th one since 2019 and the closest to a straight grade as I've seen personally. However, the hairlines near the right shoulder/face and down near the "NAS" of "FILIPINAS" might get it a details designation. They aren't as noticeable in hand, but I still thought it might be prudent to fish for more experienced perspectives. Also, I'm posting in world coins, but these used to be considered US issues. If this is the wrong forum, understood and apologies. Thanks for looking.

Well, I ain't even close to being an expert but I believe this would get detailed as it looks cleaned to me (hairlines do go over the body in the 3rd pic).
Judging from pics can be tricky and looking with a loop in real life would probably clearly show whether the hairlines are indeed from cleaning or die polishing.
However, being a low grade I don't think grading make sense cost-wise. This just sold for $90 and it's in better conservation: https://coins.ha.com/itm/philippine...2603-25968.s
