Given the crown-on-crown motif, I suspect what you are reading as GRON is a blunder for CORON as in "corona" or in this case "coronae", crowns. DUBLE would be a mediaeval Latin abbreviation for something like "duplicatae", doubled. RASH could conceivably be "regium Angliae Scotiae Hiberniae", of the kingdoms of England Scotland and Ireland, which would perhaps date this to the reign of James I. But that is speculation merely.
