Found this today while going through my coin cents. Haven't found another like it anywhere. It's in pretty good condition but does have a couple small dark spots.
Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

Looks like a mark from a coin hitting it.

Doesn't look like a die crack - more like a plating problem like Dearborn stated.

You could post a clear picture so we could tell you for sure. Other than that you just have to get experienced so you can tell by eye. Some people say see if you can depress the bubbles with a toothpick but that never worked for me - the bubbles never moved at all.

up until a week ago I would agree with this statement.....but finally one depressed for me under pressure.
