Keep in mind that the mint mark location is key in eliminating possible RPM's. Yours is further east than VV's RPM-006 and yours is further north than VV's-008. All that being said, E&V is spot on with VV's 009. It crosses over with cc's 009 and Wexler's 009 also. I was having a hard time matching up the die scratches with VV's late stage, obviously a slightly different stage than yours but cc's MDS stage is spot on for yours. Comparison pics below.
