I thought that this was a DDO-001, but I am not certain if the doubling areas have to be identical to other DDO-001s.

This coin has doubling on the 1st 9 in the date and also on the "D" mint mark. Please enlighten me as to the actual error code.

First, a DDO or DDR are not errors, they are a variety, big difference.
Yes, the DDO has to be identical along with other markers to be DDO-001.
From the small photos supplied, I cannot see any doubling on the 9 and the
mint mark looks like split plate doubling, another of the worthless types of doubling.

We're gonna need much better/bigger images to see doubled dies. I'm going to lock this topic. Please start a new one when you get better images.
