I picked up this 2018 Roosevelt dime and it appears to have some sort of ident error on it? Feedback on this one would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

looks like somebody took a grinder (or a Dremel tool) to this dime and removed parts of the coin - If you were to weigh it, it will come in light.
