I found this 1953 D Wheat penny in my collection awhile back, this looked to be some sort of Die Clash or Die gouge possibly? Or also, it could just be some PMD.. Thoughts? Thanks.

I don't see a clash. I do see lots on bag marks or circulation hits where you are not pointing at, the item you ARE pointing out is difficult to make out in your images - I cannot tell if it is raised or incuse.

If incuse - damage
If raised, possible die gouge.
