are they a high grade? do they have any collectors value?

Those are wheat pennies. They were made from 1909-1958. None of yours have a mintmark, which means they were all made at the Philadelphia mint. They are very popular to collect, but also fairly common in the USA, and generally sell for 2-5c each although coins made before 1930 or with a 'S' mintmark will generally be higher. The three you have are probably worth less the $1 combined in the USA.

i have so many different coins from around the world and I'm trying to see which are collectable so I can keep them all in a nice booklet :)
