Barber quarters, halves, and dimes can make a Fine-12 grade if each letter of LIBERTY is partially visible. On your coin I can only see parts of L, I, T, and Y. The olive leaves and eye are pretty solid but LIBERTY is critical. I'd say the maximum grade would be VG-10.

The surfaces look a bit too bright given the level of wear. The fact that some dirt is clinging to the stars and the date suggests that the coin has been cleaned at some point, which will somewhat reduce the value.

I would also agree VG-10.

Thank you Echizento , I'm pretty pleased with that grade , it was part of a scrap silver deal I got.Never fails to surprise me I usually get one or two sweet coins amongst the true scrap.
Last time was a near unc Victoria sixpence and a russian/finland unc silver from 1916.
I started a coins of the world Dansco just for this kind of thing, its shaping up and basically isn't costing me anything for the coins really.
