Hard to tell with the lighting on the obverse. But I don't think I'd say it's a 66, but I do agree with the RB.

Can't tell what grade it is, other than it looking MS. Need better photos.

this photo looks like it was the sellers. if you have it in hand please post in hand photos rather than glamour shots as the typically do not show what the actual coin looks

these photos are not good enough to assess the surfaces with the lighting and shadows. I'm betting the actual coin does not look like this. add to that, ICG is a third level grading firm. take their grade with a grain of salt.
