Not the easiest coins to grade but I'll give it a shot.
1, VF-30
2, VF-20, some rim damage and wear and damage on the date and lettering.
3, VF-25.
4, VF-20.

why are they considered as harder coins to grade?.. now I'm a newbie here and I am new to this hobby alltogether, so if you mayb direct me to a place to understand the coin grading system?

A general rule of thumb is that aluminum coins need to be in uncirculated condition to be worth anything :)
