i see you posted two photos of the rev. I'm assuming the toned photo is what it looks like in hand. if the obv looks the same TPG's go nuts over that. it it does, then I'm at MS65.

always post the best photos that represent what the coin actually looks like in-hand

I'm at 63+ or 64. I see lines above IGWT and assorted ticks on the obverse and reverse, that I feel would hold the grade back. That said, TPGs do love toning and may give it a boost.

The obverse looks MS-64 and the reverse MS-64+/MS-65. The only thing holding this back from MS-65 is the noticeable ding on the sun ray. The other contact marks are much less obvious and much smaller. On balance, I see this as MS-64, maybe with a plus. To me, the toning suggests an old album coin, and TPGs like those. This is a very nice 1945-S.
