front is tarnished, lots of bag wear? but back is in great shape... breast feathers show wear, but the coloring is almost bronze... no original luster from my untrained eye, but it looks a LOT like zerbe specimens online... if regular philly strike, is this VF? guesses on worth?

Unfortunately, I'm not seeing the SP, Proof-like appearance or other characteristics of a Zerbe.

Looks like the reverse had the same black "stuff" on it that the obverse has but someone attempted to clean it leaving some traces of the black .
