pulled this out of a can piggy bank. 17 cents. 7 pennies and this dime that has an almost penny sheen outside the natural dime coating.

the last two pics kinda show the "browning" of the dime better imo

could this be a greasy strike through? or just some PMD?

Looks to be some spiked chin error, and PMD. could you weigh it?

sorry, the "spiked" chin error is probably just PMD.

It's environmental damage ( PMD). Liquid or something might have been spilled on to the coin. Could have been a cup holder coin. Doesn't really matter, since it's just damage and not an error.
