Liberty. I was using the initial obv photo when I called weakness in strike. drawing a circle from the breast to the middle of the thigh it appears weak. now comparing that with the subsequent slabbed photo of the obv it looks entirely different. using that photo I see a nicely struck coin.

grading by photo is always a crap shoot. photos that are as accurate as possible as to what the coin looks like in hand would obviously give the most accurate assessment
