I appreciate it, this is a little harder than it looks ,lol. It seems that there is a fine line and what looks to be error in fact is not, but what doesn't is! Much respect for y'all.

Not more screen shots of your scope, DL it to a computer, or your phone or use an SD Card. next time the topic gets locked.

Worth pointing out: there is no additional value to a "filled D mint mark". All those listings on ebay are n00b bait to steal people's money. Sometimes the post inside the D breaks, but usually the shallow hole has just been scraped out of the D by circulation.

Mint errors tend to be a lot more subtle than mangled metal. If it looks like it was done by a hammer, it was probably done by a hammer.

I have one of these also. It has a mint blob. No letter just a blob as shown here. May be it is common for these.

In the future, please do not post photos of scope screens. Use the memory card or a USB cable to transfer images.
