MMS stands for "mint mark style" and yes, this is MMS-009 but is also MMS-004 from a previous time period. The link that Errers and Varietys gave you explains it in detail. RPM stands for "repunched mint mark" of which yours probably is not. Here is a link for MMS' and RPM's.
