New Error I Have Not Seen On May 1999- Is It A Variety?

As mentioned in a previous post...I found 67 of these quarters in one uncirculated roll. A distinct raised line behind queen's neck. Thought the first was a scratch then found more in the roll. Anyone else finding any?

I did not find 67 of them...It should read I found 7 of them in one roll

If it is raised, then it is probably a die scratch or crack.
There would be many thousands the same out
It would not be classed as a variety.

Looks like a die clash.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
