1958 D LWC: Struck Through Or Damage?

Another coin from the "uncirculated" roll. Not sure what to make of the marks by the 8. They are incuse and while the pic doesn't show it well there are lines in the upper circle of the 8. I determined the mark by the D is damage. The lower part of it has moved metal. By the way, the brownish areas are from whatever coating was on the coin that acetone hasn't removed yet.

Here are a couple more with the coating. On the 1955, it took me a couples minutes to realize the circles near the rim by liberty were air bubbles in the coating. The dark patches are what left the the coating on the 1958.

Could be just well placed damage.
