Please properly index and crop your pictures. It makes it easier to see the problems.

The area above Monticello does indeed look like a "smudged stain" but the area I have circled look suspiciously like Reed Marks.

I agree. I thought I saw Reed Marks before I "zoomed out" to see the what looks like an accompanying stain.
