General Satin Finish Question On State Quarters (2008 Hawaii As Reference)

so the interwebs tell me that satin finish on quarters was only 2005-2010(mint sets) but that it's very possible to find a Philly satin in the wild... however there are NO videos that compare a satin finish with a non-satin finish other than already slabbed coins which make it impossible to tell the difference!
Can someone help me with this? I've got a number of quarters in this 6 year period that look like they could be Satin? or not wear but maybe just aging of coin?
How to tell the difference between aging and actual satin finish?
here's my reference, again not great without a video... but the coin on the right is shiny with luster (windmill pattern) the left is dull but still has luster (but no windmill)

it looks like both have that cloudy residue but the one on the right if a spin it around in the light, that cloudy look especially on the Rev disappears. The one on the left, the cloudy look doesn't change much in the light...

They both look like normal Business Strikes to me with fingerprints.
