I'm thinking no.
Believe it's just flattened.
The (I'll call it) hook on the S looks to be in the correct spot when comparing it to PCGS pics.

That's a small S nickel. You can compare the size of the mint marks on PCGS:

The de-listed FS-503 Inverted-S is also a small S nickel, but this isn't it. The 503 has been debunked anyway as a damaged punch or a tilted punch.
