2000 Virginia Quarter With Large Circle Cud On Obverse/Reverse

Looking for help. Thanks in advance everyone, good to hear back on the forum!!! Also it's weighing in at 5.2g. Any help identifying if this is an error or just damage. Report this Post to the Staff
