I guess Cuds-On-Coins would be the place to submit. There are guidelines on the website. So, I may submit it there.

However, some of the die cracks on the coin that I found are virtually identical to those on some of the previously reported 1958-P Lincoln Cent Spiked Heads.

At what point do you call something a new variety vs. a minor variant vs. a more advanced stage vs. an earlier stage of a variety reported previously?
