1964 5c Jefferson Nickel Proof Or SMS?

Please advice if this is a 1964 5C Jefferson SMS or Proof. I have compared it to proofs and think it is different than a proof. Please let me know either way and the estimated value. Welcome to CCF! =) The odds of encountering a real 1964 SMS nickel are vastly less than one in a million. All the known specimens are accounted for, and were never released directly to the public.
