2008 D $1 John Quicy Adams Letters Are Super Thick?

For WDDR-010, you need to read the description and look for this. Brandmeister Pillar of the Community United States 6464 Posts	Posted 04/11/2026 11:30 pm I think the WDDR-010 entry is moot, because we are discussing the obverse. That particular WDDR just has a marker near the date numbers, it is not presenting doubling on the date. The letters and numbers shown look flattened. I would call that machine contact, but I don't know what kind of machine works with dollar coins. Something in a city like bus or train ticket machines? The right side of JQA's face looks distorted. On the left coin, his eyebrow has a sharp bend. On the other coin, it looks flat and puffy. Report this Post to the Staff
