Looks to be struck on reverse and blew a bubble on the obverse side. May also have doubling on reverse side close to the strike. Report this Post to the Staff

A true struck through coin would appear to have a normal design on the other side with no raised bump as that would occur during the strike. Report this Post to the Staff
