2017 D Washington quarter Ellis Island. I think I have a struck through. Looks to be struck on reverse and blew a bubble on the obverse side. May also have doubling on reverse side close to the strike.

Unfortunately just PMD. Probably hit with a screwdriver. A true struck through coin would appear to have a normal design on the other side with no raised bump as that would occur during the strike.

Yep, just PMD. A real Struck Through error wouldn't show bulging/damage on the other side. Worth face value.
