Hello everybody been a while since I've been out here kind of lost interest cuz of my health but I'm better and picking up where I left off. I was looking through a bunch of my 1982 small date Lincoln cents separating the copper from the zinc I was surprised how many small dates I have. Well even though it's going to take some time I'm looking at each one again I have no idea what I had if I looked at it the first time. I researched this didn't find a lot on it although it did say the characteristics for the 1982 small day copper Lincoln sent was the reverse all the letters were doubled. I'm not panicking or jump into conclusions but I believe I have this anybody know of a good site that has the doubled ear.. thanks

Not seeing any doubling. Appears to be a normal coin to my eyes. Other than a minor Misaligned Die on the obverse, I am not seeing anything else.

You guys really don't see what I'm talking about. I'm sure you blow the picture up and under his earlobe all the other 82 small date copper does not have that I'm going to post a few of them 82's and you can look for yourself and you're not seeing any extra thickness what about Liberty what about the reverse again compare the coins that I post

Still not seeing any doubling of any kind. The ear is just showing a hit from circulation. Again, just seeing a normal coin so far.

Glad you're feeling better and back in the game.
I tried to find a double ear for the 82 small date...but couldn't locate one?
Looked at NGC's variety plus as well as variety vista and wexler's.

Maybe it's the angle of the pic or lack of a close-up?
