Sorry makecents, but I disagree with you -
If the lines on the planes wing created a clash, it would be way down on the neck (while keeping the same angle. If the reverse die was rotated CCW the lines would be more vertical, and if rotated CW, they would be more horizontal. and lower on the neck

I still think that these are Feeder Finger Damage - the lines (scrapes) are of different thickness'
