Hi, I am looking for some help. Is there anybody here that can translate the certificate in the picture? I wish it was clearer. My main interest is if this was produced by The Birmingham Mint. Colin H. Perry was the Managing Director of the Birmingham Mint from 1973 to 1989. With his signature on the certificate it leads me to believe it is. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks gxseries. I have seen those on the Numista site. Unfortunately none of the information on those post 100% confirm the maker. It indicates the Birmingham Mint was the maker, but there is no documentation or mint marks to back it up. I like the Numista site, however I have been burned before by not doing my own research.
